hey there, just a quick note to tell you about this great new review of the Ahleuchatistas 2011 album "Location Location" in All About Jazz.

music video - January 20, 2012

here is a video my pal artist Lauren Whitley made to one of the Ahleuchatistas songs, that's Ryan O. on drums and yours truly on guitar.  From our album Location Location on Open Letter Records.

2012 - January 1, 2012

Back in the USA.  The three month European tour was a life changer for sure.  I did one month solo, one week duo with vocalist Antoine Lang, and a month and a half duo with drummer Ryan Oslance, as Ahleuchatistas.

Made it back to Asheville in one piece, back to teaching and gigging at home.  Plenty of performances on the horizon.  I feel like I sort of have a clean slate after releasing the Doom Ribbons album, Ahleuchatistas' "Location Location" and the maiden voyage solo acoustic outing "Shaking the Phantom Limb".

Never look back, always now and forward, while at the same time always strengthening the roots.  Working on the next level right now and have some inspiring new collaborations happening.

I think 2012 could rule.
